System Services, Care Homes

Sekoia – Digital Care Planning

Company Overview

Bespoke care planning, delivery and documentation. No one size fits all. Sekoia’s easy to use and flexible system supports care delivery in residential and nursing homes and is equally beneficial to those supporting people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, complex needs and Supported Living settings and day services. Improve communication and free up time. Time to be spent supporting people rather than completing paperwork. Sekoia has a very hands-on approach to onboarding and training, and to supporting our customers to get the most out of “going digital”.

Product Overview

Sekoia is an app to be used on a hand-held device at point of care. Carers have full information about the person they are supporting – including pictures and videos to support the care delivery. Ensure care delivery is in line with Care Plans, quality assurance and compliance. Observations and Risk Assessments are completed quickly and easily and nothing is missed or forgotten – real time-shared overview across the team. This encourages collaboration and reduces stress levels in busy environments.
