Founded in 2012 in Dorset, Nourish is a team of 51 people who all come from various backgrounds; from social care management, nursing and mental health to product design, change management and security. Together, we have a shared passion and drive to facilitate genuine impact and change to people receiving care. Working closely with carers, residents, and managers, we listen to and encourage feedback so that our system can continually improve and always delight beyond expectations. From the beginning, we’ve felt that there is a gap in the market for a system that is both customisable but also easy to use, and that has very much become our philosophy. We know that for technology to work seamlessly in the care sector it needs to be user friendly, and it needs to support and complement the variety of different care that is provided. Nourish was one of the first recognised as an NHSX accredited supplier for the Digital Social Care Records (DSCR) DPS at launch. We are also proud to partner with and be the first accredited by the PRSB as a Quality Partner, working to promote best practice standards for care. We currently work with over 1,800 care providers in the UK and overseas, from single homes with fewer than five people supported up to large groups with over 2,000 people supported.
Nourish offers a flexible digital platform that can be tailored to each care service’s needs. The cloud-based solution is made up of digital care plans, custom interactions and personalised timelines for everyone within a care service. Our digital platform allows care teams to record at the point of care, and analyse data over time to tailor care plans to the individual’s needs. We are more than just a tech/software company, we care about people, and want to empower care teams to provide the safest and best quality care possible to individuals. The most important goal for Nourish is to enable carers to spend less time on admin, and more time providing face-to-face, person-centred care.
