YOURmeds SMART is a medication management system that helps people to take the right medication at the right time with support from their network of family and friends. Filled and dispensed from the pharmacy network, the YOURmeds system works using mobile data to inform the support network when medication is taken, missed or wrongly taken, allowing them to provide support quickly and at the right time
Product Overview
YOURmeds Switch can support 7 or 28 day prescriptions. Medication packs are dispensed by the pharmacy and the users/supporters change the packs over in the unit on a weekly basis. Supporters are provided with real time data through the YOURmeds Supporter App available on Android or Apple devices.
